We are very laid back and this is an easy going environment, yet we all are respectful about the others and the co-living habitat.
Monthly rentals, fully furnished rooms, with high speed internet. Inside the house we manage quiet times from 11pm-6am, so we kindly request you to bring your headphones for your techs.
At the kitchen you will find a shared fridge, microwave, cooking supplies and more. Please be kind and remember this is a shared place, so beware, you are expected to be a kind human and keep things clean and be nice with the others.
The house has a housekeeping service for general areas, once a week our stuff will do its magic. Yet for the private parts, your bedroom, bathrooms, for example, you are oblige to take care of your goodies, sheets, towers and more.
