Maywa es la orquídea de emblemática de Quito. en Quichua significa por siempre jóven. Maywa is the emblematic Orchid of Ecuadorian Capital, Quito. You’ll have your independent access, WI-FI, private kitchen to prepare your meals, access to the roof top to enjoy the sun and the mountains.
- ¿Tienen parqueadero, bodega, lavandería? Do you provide parking places, storage room, laundry service?
No disponemos de parqueaderos, somos un edificio verde. Bicicletas son bienvenidas. Espacio de bodega se puede proveer bajo pedido y con costo extra. Lavandería puerta a puerta, te podemos asesorar con el número de teléfono de quien hace la lavandería para el edificio. Ella retira las prendas y las entrega limpias en el edificio, cobra al peso y tiene varios tipos de lavados. We only have external parking places, yet we are a green building, so bicycles are welcome. Storage room could be provided under request and charged as extra service. Laundry service -door to door- is provided, we can advice you with the phone number of the lady who does it for the building, she charges by the weight and she has different kinds of cleaning services.

Puedes pagar con transferencia bancaria y tarjeta de crédito, por favor toma en cuenta que al pagar con tarjeta de crédito se agregará el +10% a tu cuenta total) You can pay cash and all credit cards are welcome, if you are going to use a credit card please know that 10% will be added to your bill.
- ¿Qué pasa si debo mudarme antes de lo arrendado? What happens if I change my plans and can’t stay the total amount of days I booked?
